Aseptic lines

It is full automatic line FAST LINE suitable for contact less aseptic filling of fresh products with long durability e. g. juices, diary products into PET bottles. On the beginning of filling process bottle is placed on conveyor, then it is transported to aseptic line, where is sterilized and then contact less aseptically fill and close. It all is achieved in protective atmosphere of aseptic air – in ASEPTIC system. Filled bottle is equipped with label and collated pack up.
